South Africa Bonds Fall as Analysts Bet 7% Rate to Stay on Hold (Bloomberg)

Oct. 20 (Bloomberg) — South African bonds fell as analysts bet the central bank will keep its benchmark interest rate unchanged this week. The drop pushed the yield on the benchmark 13.5 percent security due September 2015 up five basis points to 8.62 percent by 10:52 a.m. in Johannesburg. Source
